Service Description
Relax, unwind and have a blast. Always wanted to try your hand at throwing pottery on the wheel? Well this is the perfect course to give it a go and see what all the fun is about. Absolutely no pottery experience is required. I will guide you through the techniques used to create your very own homewares on the potters wheel. You will learn the following: How to centre your clay on the wheel How to create different shapes How to trim your work How to carve your work How to add handles etc How to glaze your work Most importantly how to let go and have some fun! All firing, clay, glaze is provided.

Sorry no refunds on any workshops are available however should you be unable to attend your hand building workshop a credit will be given for the full amount so you are able to reschedule. Due to the limited spots available for the wheel classes unfortunately I am unable to offer a refund or reschedule, if you are able to provide enough notice I will do my best to reschedule your class if possible. There is no rush for pick up once your pottery is fired, I am happy to keep it for an extended period of time (usually 12 months) if your unable to collect I am happy to organise postage for you at your expense.
